This website, innova-tech.am, is operated by INNOVA TECH LLC, a company registered in Armenia. You can contact us at info@innova-tech.am.

2. Scope

This policy covers this website only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which we publish on this site when the app is released.

3. What we collect

We don’t ask you to create an account or fill in forms, and we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share (for example your name, email address, phone number and message) and use it only to reply to you.

4. Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. These providers handle this data under their own privacy policies.

5. Browser storage

Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

6. Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data and don’t share it with third parties, except where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@innova-tech.am. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
